Starting from June 1, 2026, the link for placing orders, 48 hour logistics launch, and compensation rules are as follows:

1. Delivery Time Agreement

The delivery time of this service starts from the official entry of the order into the production process, only counting the duration of working days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national statutory holidays are not included in the timing range.

Under normal circumstances, we will complete the link launch within 48 working days after entering production.

Delay in launch caused by buyer information errors, missing information, repeated changes in requirements, platform system maintenance, and other reasons not attributable to our party will not trigger compensation.

2. Compensation protection rules

If the online timeout occurs due to our service or operational issues, or directly results in fines for buyers on the Temu platform, we will compensate according to the agreement.

The maximum penalty amount for a single order is 40 RMB, and any excess will not be borne.

If the following situations occur, no compensation will be made, and no fines or related losses will be borne:

(1) Punishments caused by the buyer's own illegal operations, use of illegal materials, and violation of Temu platform rules;

(2) Fines generated by Temu platform's independent actions such as policy adjustments, risk control sampling, and system judgments;

(3) Losses caused by the buyer's self modification of link content, secondary editing, and illegal use of services;

(4) Problems caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters, network failures, and system crashes;

(5) The situation where the buyer fails to submit valid documents within the specified time after the timeout/penalty is imposed, resulting in retroactive actions.

Only applicable to USPS channel logistics orders, other logistics channels no longer enjoy this compensation guarantee.

The daily cut-off time is 18:30 US time. If the order payment exceeds 18:30, the time limit will be extended to the next day;

3. Compensation application requirements

Buyers need to submit their order number, penalty screenshot, and relevant documents within 3 working days after confirming the timeout of the online launch and receiving Temu's penalty notice.

We will arrange compensation after verifying that the vouchers are correct; Any missing or forged vouchers will not be accepted.
